How we work
A floor is only as good as the prep under it. We would rather grind for an extra hour than come back next summer to fix peeling. That is why every quote includes moisture testing, grinding and crack repair. We never roll a coating onto concrete that has not been opened up first.
Built for this valley
Hot dry summers, wet clay in winter and plenty of wind-blown dust shape every choice we make, from the primer to the topcoat. We use UV-stable topcoats where the sun hits, moisture-tolerant primers where the slab is damp, and extra grit on floors that get wet.
Where you will see us
In older homes near downtown, in newer neighborhoods on the west side, in shops and warehouses near the freeway, and on ranch properties out toward the hills.
Straight answers
If your floor does not need a coating, we will tell you. Sometimes a sealer is all it needs. If a failing floor cannot be patched, we will show you why. Questions? Reach out here or call during Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm.
